1 连读
发音规则一辅音+元音
句子中两个相邻的单词，前者以辅音结尾，后者以元音开头，拼写为“辅音+元音”。
讲解：你还记得汉语拼音中有些单词xi'an（西安）、ku'ai（酷爱）吗？如果去掉隔音符，就成了xian（先）、kuai（快）了。英文中几乎所有的句子都是从头拼到尾，简单地说：连音就是两个单词相遇能拼读就拼，不能拼读就让过。

3 断句
当句子较长时，人们会发现很难一口气把句子讲完，这时可以根据语义学和语法的关系把句子分成几个段落，每个段落都是一个意群，也就是说，意群是一个可以形成相对独立意义的段落，是句子的组成部分。
意群和意群之间可以有一定的停顿，这个停顿与人的思维活动是一致的，但是一个意群中的单词之间是没有停顿的，整个意群读起来就像一个长单词，记住：英语不是一个字一个字地说出来的。
